"Not published" is not "not registered"
Some registries redact data under GDPR, and some rate-limit lookups. An empty registration block means the registry did not return data — it does not mean the domain is available.

TLD coverage
A handful of TLDs are not in the supported list. A lookup against one returns 'TLD unsupported' — nothing is wrong with the domain, the registry is simply not connected.
