Enough context to solve it the first time
Tell us what you were checking and what did not look right. The request builder below turns the useful details into a ready-to-send email, without uploading them first.

A result looks wrong
Send the domain, the result you expected, and the part of the record sheet that differs.
API or billing
Include the endpoint, status code, request ID, and your RapidAPI plan — never the API key.
Product help
Questions about limits, reports, data sources, privacy, or how a check should be read.
Give us something we can investigate
This form prepares an email in your own mail app. It does not send or store anything on DomainClock.
Found a vulnerability?
Use the dedicated security channel so the report is handled separately. Please read the disclosure policy before testing or sending evidence.
Three common answers
Why is registration data empty?
Some registries redact WHOIS/RDAP fields or rate-limit queries. An empty block means the registry did not return usable data; it does not mean the domain is available.
Why does a result look stale?
Results are cached for about 12 hours. Include the domain and check time if the answer still differs after that window.
Where do I manage API billing?
Plans and billing are managed through RapidAPI. For a technical API problem, send us the endpoint, status code, and request ID — never your key.
